Project Challenges

When Phoenix Industrial started on this project it was to assist with getting the schedule back on track. During the beginning phases of this project there were some challenges that held up progress and productivity.

The Phoenix Industrial Solution

Phoenix Industrial knew that a different approach was required to get this project back on track. Brought in as a subcontractor, Phoenix was given its own scope to manage and complete. With the use of proactive management and work packaging, Phoenix was able to out perform the rest of the contractors on the project, and complete their scope within budget. More importantly, all the tunover documentation, and proper inspections, were done exceptionally well with no waste. Manpower became a big part of the success on this project. Phoenix was able to compile a strong team from the management staff to the craft labour. Onsite mentoring and training ensured that work was completed efficiently, and safely.
